When will my order ship?
If the item that you ordered is in stock at the time of purchase, it will be processed within minutes of order placement. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, please refer to the Back in Stock/Estimated Shipping Date that was provided both on the product page and during check out. Please note: this date Is an estimated shipping date based off our inbound inventory. This is when your item is expected to arrive at our warehouse to begin the shipping process. It is not a guaranteed or promised date, and it is not the estimated date you will receive the item. Unprecedented delays can occur. If there is an extensive delay anticipated with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Do you ship all items at once or separately?
Items are shipped separately so they can arrive to you as soon as possible! As well, that means you don’t have to wait for your whole order to come in stock for us to start fulfilling it. For instance, if you order contains an item that is in stock and another that is out of stock, the in-stock item will ship almost immediately; and the out of stock will ship when it comes into stock.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. However, some areas (ex. Puerto Rico) may take an additional 2 or more business days to arrive.
What shipping carrier do you use?
This all depends on where you are located and what you ordered! We use a fulfillment network that selects a shipping carrier based on which one will get your order to you quickest. Your order will arrive to you via UPS, USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or Amazon Logistics.
